Cathodic Disbondment Tester

Cathodic Disbondment Testing is used to evaluate the performance of barrier coatings on underground metal pipes using an accelerated lifespan test.
  The Cathodic Disbondment Tester from Top Hex allows these to be carried out with accuracy, consistency and repeatability in accordance with standard test methods. A list of common standards is shown below.

Tests can be configured via the inbuilt keypad/display or using using a PC connected to the Ethernet port. Multiple units can be networked over Ethernet and monitored/configured remotely using our powerful CDT PC application.

16 independent tests can be carried out simultaneously. The unit continually logs test data to non-volatile flash memory. The data can be viewed directly on the unit or extracted using the CDT PC software.
  In order to achieve the accuracy demanded in the test standards, the unit should be calibrated annually.  This process is straightforward and accurate thanks to the "Calibration Wizard" in the PC software. We are able to offer a calibration kit, please click here for details.
